Emergency Management Coordinator

This position is 24 hours per week and works under the direction of the Sheriff.
The person is responsible for coordinating
the development, maintenance, and testing of a comprehensive
all-hazard emergency management program as well as
coordinating resources in emergency situations.
This person will apply for and manage grants that have
potential to assist with funding the Emergency Management Program.
The position is also responsible for coordinating and monitoring
the local emergency volunteer organizations.
Applicant must be well organized and have strong
communication skills. Computer knowledge is required.
Salary is $26,000- $30,000 D.O.Q.
